We stick together in the workshop and in the office. Most of our colleagues have been with us for years – not because they have nowhere else to go, but because there is a good atmosphere here, the work is meaningful, and the team sticks together. We are not looking for soloists, but for people who work well with others. When we need to get down to work, we work hard. When it's time to laugh, we make room for it. And when someone needs something, we help each other out.
