Basic description
Each furnace is equipped with an optimized distribution system for blast air, oxygen or their mixture, stable process control and a robust steel structure enabling nearly continuous operation at high temperatures. An optional heat-recovery system utilizes waste heat from exhaust gases to preheat the combustion medium or raw materials, significantly reducing fuel consumption and operating costs.
The furnace is individually designed according to the required production capacity and local environmental regulations and is fully compatible with downstream fiberizing machines and forming equipment used in mineral wool production lines.

Recovery, exams, handover
We will perform a trial run, parameter tuning, and performance testing. After successful function verification, we will hand over the device ready for live operation.
