Compressed Air Systems
We design and install compressed air distribution systems used in industrial plants for pneumatic equipment and technological processes. These systems are essential for a range of pneumatically driven technologies and have a significant impact on their performance and operational stability. We design distribution systems according to the required pressures, flow rates, pipe length and nature of the connected equipment in order to minimise pressure losses and ensure a stable air supply.
Basic description
The scope of supply includes compressor connections, drying units, oil and water separators, impurity filtration, air receivers, pressure regulation, condensate drainage, measuring elements and piping routes made of materials selected according to pressure and mechanical requirements. The designs also include the location of the distribution systems with regard to accessibility for operation, maintenance and future expandability.
For compressed air distribution systems, we also propose optimising the operation of compressor stations, monitoring air consumption and integration into production control systems.

Assignment and customised solution design
We will work with you to define your objectives and technical requirements. We can also help where specifications are not yet available – we will advise you, make suggestions and verify feasibility.

Machine design
We will prepare a 3D model of the equipment, including strength calculations and detailed drawing documentation. The design corresponds to the operating conditions and the required performance.

Manufacturing and assembly
We manufacture the machine in our own metalworking shop – we control the quality, precision and deadlines. We provide complete assembly of all mechanical parts.

Integration of sensors, drives, control systems
We will supplement the equipment with the necessary sensors, drives and control systems. We will ensure the functional interconnection of all elements with an emphasis on reliability and ease of use.

Revival, tests, handover
We will perform trial operation, parameter tuning, and performance testing. After successful verification of functionality, we will hand over the equipment ready for live operation.

Documentation, service, CE certification
We will provide complete technical documentation, obtain the necessary certifications (including CE) and offer long-term service supervision and support.
Service, inspection and diagnostics
Rapid response by technicians in the event of a breakdown, preventive inspections, replacement of worn parts and a long-term service plan. We minimise downtime and maximise reliability.
